Delete your Gamefinity account

If you no longer want to use Gamefinity, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Request account deletion

Before you delete

Deleting your account may permanently remove your game progress, account information, profile information, cloud-saved data, achievements, and other data associated with your account.

Deletion may be permanent and cannot necessarily be undone. Please make sure you no longer need this data before continuing.

What data is deleted

Requesting account deletion may result in removal of the following categories of data associated with your account.

  • Account information

    Your Gamefinity account record and related account details.

  • Authentication & identifiers

    Sign-in credentials and identifiers used to authenticate your account.

  • Profile information

    Display name, avatar, and other profile details you've set.

  • Game progress

    Saved progress, achievements, and gameplay history tied to your account.

  • Cloud-saved data

    Data synced or backed up to your account via cloud save.

Certain information may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, security, financial records, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Request account deletion

To request deletion of your Gamefinity account, follow the instructions below. This page does not process deletions automatically — requests are handled by Gamefinity Support.

Deletion process

  1. Submit your request

    Send a deletion request to Gamefinity Support with your account email.

  2. Request is verified

    Gamefinity verifies the request when necessary to confirm account ownership.

  3. Account & data removed

    Your account and eligible associated data are deleted according to the applicable deletion process.
